Summer dessert

The last week day of half term and we've all been relaxing today (apart from poor GCSE boy, for whom there is no respite). I made these little apricot tarts for tea from a recipe torn out of the Sunday Telegraph last summer. I only buy that paper for one reason, the columnist Francine Raymond, who writes in the Life section. This came from a description of her son's home made wedding, held in a friend's garden, and there were so many lovely details. I've been hoarding this recipe for a warm summer's evening to round off a barbecue, and tonight's the night.
